There is no need for customers to be identified while browsing Aussie Corner Deli or even filling a shopping cart. Aussie Corner Deli does expect the customer to Register for an account to place with an order.

Customer’s details, including Contacts in Address Lists, are strictly confidential and used only by Aussie Corner Deli to ensure an order is distributed to the correct location, and to make it easier for the customer by remembering products that were bought previously (My Favourites). In addition, customer contact details are required to enable Aussie Corner Deli to communicate the status of any orders.

Time
Aussie Corner Deli will endeavour to dispatch orders within 48hrs of receiving confirmation of payment. Australia Post is Aussie Corner Deli’s preferred vendor for delivering your order to you as fast as possible in the same condition it left the store. The three mailing options offered are:

• Air Mail 4-5 Work Days
• Express Post International: 4 Work Days can be tracked within Australia
• Express Courier International: 3-4 Work Days can be tracked internationally

Time duration for delivery quoted above were derived from the Australia Post website http://www1.auspost.com.au/international/. The customer will be given the option to choose the most appropriate option during checkout. Air Mail will be the default, and Aussie Corner Deli only recommends using Express Post International if the weight exceeds 2kgs.

Cost
Costing for the delivery used by Aussie Corner Deli is derived from the information provided by Australia Post. Costs for each type of delivery can be found at http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp, select the weight followed by Calculate. For example, the cost of each option for delivery of a parcel weighing approximately 2kg to the UK will be:

• Air Mail: $58.50 AUD
• Express Post International: $63.50AUD
• Express Courier International: $72.00AUD

The customer is accountable for payment of any customs charges on delivery.

Aussie Corner Deli determines the parcel weight based on the combined actual weight of each product not the combined displayed weight. For example, if you order 2 x Arnotts Shapes (display weight 200g, actual weight 225g), and Weetbix (display weight 750g, actual weight 800g), the total parcel weight will be (225g x 2) + (800g) = 1250g. Aussie Corner Deli does not include the weight of the parcel or any packing material when determining the parcel weight.

If there is a product that is not available Aussie Corner Deli will contact the customer immediately to determine a suitable alternative or resolution.

Please choose carefully, Aussie Corner Deli do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong selection. You can choose either a refund exchange or credit where goods are wrongly described, incorrectly supplied or the product is different from that suggested on the website. In the event of any unfortunate mistake on our behalf, we accept the freight charges to rectify the problem. However if Aussie Corner Deli is not at fault then the freight charges will be passed on to the customer.

Each order is individually packed by Aussie Corner Deli and conforms to the packaging guideline issued by Australia Post (http://www.auspost.com.au/Pdfs/DangerousGoodsGuide.pdf). Aussie Corner Deli endeavours to pack products in each order so they arrive in the same condition they left the store. If the products arrive and they are damaged or incorrect please contact Aussie Corner Deli to have the situation resolved. Any costs associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer.

Confidential information associated with the customer such as personal and credit card details are protected using Secure 128 bit SSL Encryption supplied by RapidSSL. Aussie Corner Deli uses cookies to make sure the shopping experience is one that makes it easy as possible for the customer. To make this happen Aussie Corner Deli uses cookies to retain login and shopping cart information which only exist while the customer is shopping at Aussie Corner Deli. Once the customer exits Aussie Corner Deli, the cookies are eliminated from the customer’s computer. For more technically savvy customer, the cookies used are referred to as Session cookies which mean they only exist in the computers memory and not on you hard drive.

Details associated with past or current orders can be viewed clicking My Accounts in the Main Menu. Information regarding the order status, cost, products, and creation date is available.

Payment is available using either VISA or Mastercard.

All product prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). There is a currency converter if you wish to determine the equivalent cost in your local currency.

Aussie Corner Deli will only deliver orders to customers living outside of Australia. This is the reason why the Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not included in the order price. Australian residents can have orders delivered to friends or family living overseas but cannot have orders delivered to themselves.
