Registering for an Account
To order products from Aussie Corner Deli you will need to Register for an account. You can browse and fill a shopping cart without registering but to place an order you will be required to Register for an account. The most common way to Register for an account is to select the Register link in the top right corner of the website. The Register page will appear prompting you to complete the mandatory fields and Register your details. You will receive an email confirming that the account has been registered. The alternative way to Register for an account is to fill and view a shopping cart and select Checkout. The website will display a page asking you whether you are an account holder or new user. Select Register (I am a new user) and you will be taken to the Register page where you can complete the mandatory fields and Register your details.
Shipping Details
The address entered into this area must be an overseas address. If you are an Australian resident and ordering on behalf of a friend or family member overseas, enter the address of the friend or family member that is overseas. This will be your default delivery address for future orders but if you would like to order on behalf of more than one friend or family member you can enter their details in the Manage Contacts area under My Account.
Contact Address
This is the address that will be used to send billing and order information.
Locating a product
There are a number of ways to locate a product on the website. If you know which category the product is located in you can select the relevant category either by clicking on the link located in the centre of the Home page or selecting the relevant category from the drop down list located under Navigation in the right hand column. This will take you directly to a list of products in that category and you can then find the product by scrolling up and down the page. An alternative way to reach the list of categories is to select Shop in the main menu. This will take you to a category list and you can select the relevant category. An alternative way to locate a product is to use the Search in the top right hand corner of the page. Enter the product name or flavour and click the Go button and a list of products will be displayed. If the result returns “No products match your query” or the page is blank, check your spelling. The Search will also work if the product has two words in the name and you only enter one of the words i.e. “Violet” for Violet Crumble and it will return the product. The final way to locate a product is by using the My Favourites function. This will require you to have an account and to be logged in. My Favourites will display products you have ordered in the past.
Filling the Shopping Cart
Fill your shopping cart by locating products on the website, as described in Locating a product, and adding them to your shopping cart. There is a quantity field located below the price of the product which requires you to enter a number before clicking Add to cart. If you do not enter a quantity you will receive a message prompting you to enter a quantity before adding the product to the Shopping Cart. A summary of your Shopping Cart can be seen in the right hand column of the page. Once you are satisfied that you have all the products you need click the View Cart button in the right hand column and this will display the details of the Shopping Cart. You can update the Shopping Cart from here using the Update and Delete buttons, in addition, you can also put more products in the Shopping Cart by clicking Continue Shopping.
Checkout
Once you have filled your Shopping Cart and you are satisfied, click on Checkout to pay for the products and send the order to Aussie Corner Deli. If you have not already logged in or Registered a page will be displayed prompting you to either log in or Register. Once you have been authenticated a page will be displayed containing the details of the Shopping Cart, Shipping Method, Shipping Destination, Promotion Code (if applicable), and Credit Card details. Complete each section and click Finalise Payment. Once your credit card details have been approved you will be sent an Order number and an email confirming the Order has been received.
CCV Number
The CCV is the last three-digits on the back of your Visa or Mastercard. The full credit card number is reprinted in the signature box and at the end of the number is the CCV.
Order Status
Selecting My Account in the Main Menu and logging in to your account, you will be able to see the status of your orders. Your order will have three statuses: created; dispatched; and completed. If your order status has not changed in a reasonable amount of time or you have not received your order within the time stated in the Terms & Conditions, contact Aussie Corner Deli.
Address List
Once you have Registered an account with Aussie Corner Deli you can create an Address List using the Manage Contacts function in My Accounts. This means that you can place an order on behalf of a friend or family member. During Checkout you will be given the opportunity to select the person who will receive the order from your Address List.
Products not listed
If there is a product that is not listed in any category please contact Aussie Corner Deli either by phone or email (click on Contact Us for details). If you were intending to place an order you can either contact Aussie Corner Deli before or after placing the order. An Aussie Corner Deli representative will locate the product, and reply with cost and delivery options.
Excessive Parcel Weight
Each country has a limit on the maximum parcel weight. If your order exceeds the maximum parcel weight you will receive a message during Checkout. You can either reduce the parcel weight by removing products from the Shopping Cart, or you can continue with the Order. If you continue with the Order an Aussie Corner Deli representative will contact you with delivery options and cost. Once a delivery option has been choosen payment is required to dispatch the Order.
